Statistical analysis in practice

The main statistical methods used in animal experimentation are presented. These include exploratory data analysis, comparison of two or k means, regression and correlation. Selected cases are analyzed by using the R Commander software followed of an explanation of the outputs. Furthermore, some statistical theory is presented to better understand the analyses carried out.
