Long-acting rotary conical electric flocculation device

The invention discloses a long-acting rotary conical electric flocculation device which comprises a conical cathode (1) and a sacrificial anode (2), wherein the cathode (1) is positioned in a conical cavity of the sacrificial anode (2); the sacrificial anode (2) with the thickness of 50-300mm has a downward open taper angle and is communicated with the outlet of a wastewater inlet pipe (3); an adjustable speed water pump (4) is arranged on the wastewater inlet pipe (3), so that wastewater is pumped into a conical ring shaped reaction tank (5) formed by a gap between the cathode (1) and the sacrificial anode (2) from bottom to top; a constant current electric field is applied between the cathode (1) and the sacrificial anode (2), so that the sacrificial anode (2) is consumed to generatecorresponding metal ions so as to treat the wastewater entering the conical ring shaped reaction tank (5) to form flocculation. According to the device disclosed by the invention, the wastewater can directly go in and out of the conical ring shaped reaction tank without silting, and the replacement cycle of the sacrificial anode is obviously prolonged to once per year even replacement-free throughout the life.
