Compositions and methods for treatment of diseases with FGFR fusion proteins

A fusion protein of FGFR comprising a fusion partner and a FGFR polypeptide, wherein the polypeptide FGFR consists of an extracellular domain of a FGFR protein, wherein the extracellular domain comprises a C terminal, wherein the terminal C it comprises a variant of C-terminal extracellular domain of FGFR wildtype, where the variant comprises a deletion of 1-22 amino acid residues present in the C-terminus of an extracellular domain of FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 or FGFR4 type natural, wherein the FGFR fusion protein binds at least one FGF ligand or a biologically active fragment thereof.
