Pharmaceutical preparation comprising bepotastine or phamaceutical acceptable salt thereof and water-insoluable basic material

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation comprising bepotastine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and a water-insoluble basic substance. In addition, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation comprising bepotastine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a water-insoluble basic substance and a sustained-release carrier. The pharmaceutical preparation according to the present invention has the advantages of: effectively maintaining the optical stability of bepotastine by including the water-insoluble basic substance therein to adjust pH to 7 or more; and furthermore enabling administration of one dose per day by including the sustained-release carrier therein.
