The primary aim of this article is to simplify the development and management of a multilingual Web service.In practice,a large part of the development and management of a multilingual Web site consists of attempting to maintain a separation of different kinds of information that constitute a multilingual Web site.During the building and management of a multilingual web site,many human-related roles are involved in,such as designers,builders(programmer),administrators,translators,users and etc.According to these roles,the information of web sites should be classified roughly and saved independently.This means that,translators should not find they have to edit script language,and graphic designers should not have to understand several languages,also not have to work in several languages.In this paper,we will explore the design and implementation of the multilingual web site from the above aspect.
