The invention discloses a method for achieving satellite-borne time delay command full storage and restoration. Storage and restoration of a time delay command block is completed between a CTU and a solid-state memory through 1553B bus communication, in the process of storage, CTU firstly copies data to a 1553B bus chip RAM of the CPU from a CTU SRAM, the 1553 bus chip of the CTU transmits the data to a 1553B bus chip RAM of the solid-state memory through a 1553B bus, and finally, solid-state memory software reads data from the 1553B bus chip RAM of the solid-state memory. In the restoration, the solid-state memory firstly copies the data to the 1553B bus chip RAM of the solid-state memory from Flash, the 1553B bus chip of the CTU claims the data from the 1553B bus chip RAM of the solid-state memory to the 1553B bus chip RAM of the CTU, and the CTU copies the data to the CTU SRAM from the 1553B bus chip RAM of the CTU.
