The present invention provides a sensing device for detecting the intensity of a backlight device and a panel of the panel module, the module includes a faceplate panel, a back plate and a carrier, with a light transmissive opening is formed on the back plate, the back plate for mounting the carrier panel comprising, sensing means: a light sensing module and a base. Optical sensing module for sensing the light emitted from the panel via the light-transmitting opening. The backing plate disposed between the base and the carrier, the base comprising a body and a resilient structure. With a receiving groove formed on the body, the receiving opening having an abutment groove, the receiving groove for accommodating the optical sensor module. Resilient structure extending to the body, the resilient structure comprises a flexible arm portion and the abutting wings. Flexible arm portion protruding from the main body. When the driving body abutting wings connected to the flexible arm portion, the abutting portion to abut the flap carrier, wherein the flexible arm portion to the abutting portion abuts the wing carrier depression in the back plate , so that the backing plate covering the opening and abutting the seal receiving groove.
