Production process of corrosion-resistance prefabricated assembled reinforced concrete inspection well

2016
The invention discloses a production process of a corrosion-resistance prefabricated assembled reinforced concrete inspection well. The production process comprises the following steps: (S1) inner and outer molds of a prefabricated corrosion-resistance concrete inspection well are cleaned; (S2) a demolding agent is brushed on the cleaned inner and outer molds in the step (S1); (S3) firstly, the corrosion-resistance machining is performed for reinforcements needed to manufacture corrosion-resistance concrete; the reinforcements are brushed with polyurethane and graphene mixed coating layers; the thickness of the mixed coating layers is 100-500 nm; the weight mixing ratio of polyurethane to graphene is 3: 1-10: 1; the multiple reinforcements brushed with the polyurethane and graphene mixed coating layers are bound as a reinforcement skeleton; and meanwhile, each node of the reinforcement skeleton is brushed with the polyurethane and graphene mixed coating layers. From two aspects of the component materials of the corrosion-resistance concrete and brushing of a zinc alloy coating layer on the surface of the corrosion-resistance concrete, the corrosion resistance of the prefabricated assembled reinforced concrete inspection well is improved, so that the durability of the prefabricated assembled reinforced concrete inspection well is greatly enhanced.
