The device comprises an ammonia injection grille formed by a metal pipe bundle, wherein an injection nozzle is formed on each metal pipe in radial direction, and the injection nozzles are connected with the metal pipes. The included angle between the opening direction of the injection nozzles and the flue gas flowing directions is 0 to 90 degrees. The utility model adopts the ammonia injection grille to distribute mixed ammonia gas and air injected into the inlet flue duct of a denitration reactor, and adjust the ammonia injection distribution according to the density of NOx in the inlet flue duct of the reactor, thereby leading the NOx in the flue gas and the injected NH3 are fully mixed, and effectively improving the mixing effect of NH3 and the flue gas and the denitration reaction efficiency. The grille ammonia injection distribution and mixing device provided by the utility model has the advantages of simple structure, low mixing resistance force, good distribution effect and soot formation prevention, can effectively prevent the abrasion of the injection nozzles of the ammonia injection grille, reduces the mixing distance of the ammonia and the gas at the inlet of the denitration reactor, improves the utilization rate of the denitration catalyst, reduces the height of the denitration reactor, and reduces the resistance force in a flue gas denitration system, thereby considerably reducing the unit cost of flue gas denitration.
