Numerically-controlled full-automatic spiral groove milling machine

2009
The invention relates to a numerically-controlled full-automatic spiral groove milling machine which can automatically process spiral grooves and has the structure that a vertical feeding mechanism is connected with a headstock, a worktable is arranged on a cross sliding table which is arranged on a longitudinal lead rail, a horizontal feeding mechanism and a longitudinal feeding mechanism are connected with the cross sliding table, an upright post is arranged on a movable revolving stage, the movable revolving stage is arranged on the lead rail, a worm wheel of an upright post adjusting mechanism is connected with the bottom of the upright post, a feed screw nut is connected with the bottom of the movable revolving stage, a centre hydraulic cylinder of an indexing clamping device is fixed on the worktable and is connected with a hydraulic centre, and a carved centre is connected with an numerically-controlled index head. The invention overcomes the deficiencies that the angle adjustment of the prior worktable is limited, wastes time, has poor precision and low efficiency, and the like. The invention has the advantages that part index and all milling parameters adopt numerically-controlled modes, the complex calculation and installation of change gears of the common milling machine is avoided, milling machine accessories such as change gears, chucks, and the like are omitted, and the product replacement and adjustment is very convenient.
