Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komitmen terhadap Kinerja Pengrajin pada Usaha Kerajinan Sumatera Barat

The main aims of this research is to determine how the effect of competence and commitment to the performance of artisan craftsmen in West Sumatra craft businesses, especially Silungkang songket craft. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling, that 101 craftsmen obtained a sample of 80 were allocated to business units Silungkang craft. Through Path Analysis as data analysis technique, the results showed, simultaneously competence craftsmen and artisans commitment affect the performance of craftsmen. While the partial test showed an effect on the performance of Competence Craftsman artisans, craftsmen while commitment does not affect the performance of artisans Songket Weaving Silungkang
