APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of China Powerplus Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the appointment of Mdm Guo Dianyan as an Executive Director and Deputy Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2012.
