A plurality of concrete square piles are manufactured, when the concrete strength of the square piles reaches a certain level, a cement-soil concave V-shaped head pile is manufactured by the concave V-shaped head pile machine at each of the left, the right, the front and the back of each square pile according to the working mode of the concave V-shaped head pile machine, concave V shapes of the cement-soil concave V-shaped head piles at the left, the right, the front and the back of each concrete square pile are matched with convex V shapes at the left, the right, the front and the back of the concrete square pile, and therefore the multiple cement-soil concave V-shaped head piles and the concrete square piles can be combined for forming the cross-shaped piles for reinforcing weak foundations.
