The invention relates to an electric skylight linear driving device for a synchronous cog belt and steel cable combined belt. The electric skylight linear driving device comprises a synchronous belt pulley, a synchronous cog belt, a steel cable, adapting pieces, steel cable guide pulleys and synchronous linear adapting pieces, wherein the synchronous belt pulley and the steel cable guide pulleys form a quadrangular structure; the synchronous belt pulley and the steel cable guide pulleys are arranged on four vertex angles of the quadrangle; the synchronous belt pulley and the steel cable guide pulleys are connected by the synchronous cog belt and the steel cable; the adapting pieces are arranged on the joint of the synchronous cog belt and the steel cable; the steel cable guide pulleys are connected by the steel cable; and the two synchronous linear adapting pieces are respectively connected with the vertical steel cable on the left side and the right side. Compared with the prior art, the electric skylight linear driving device for the synchronous cog belt and steel cable combined belt has the advantages of simple structure, the manufacture cost of the electric skylight linear driving device is far lower than that of the traditional flexible shaft mechanism, and the adopted parts are easy to maintain because of adopting standard pieces.
