PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a character which could be originally displayed cannot be practically displayed when using an abbreviation symbol and that it cannot be recognized at a glance, when displaying a graphic or a picture, whether there is a part not displayed even though no abbreviation symbol is added when all display elements are not displayed within a specific display area. SOLUTION: A content display device includes a display part, an acquisition part for acquiring a content to be displayed in the display part, a determination part for determining whether there is a part of the content which is not displayed on the display part, and a change part for changing a display quality of a displayed content part continuing to the not-displayed content part when it is determined that there is a part of the content not displayed.
