Study of the relationship between organizational culture and TQM implementation in West clubs of Mazandaran province

The present study was aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and TQM implementation in West clubs of Mazandaran province. The study population included all managers in West clubs of Mazandaran province. The sample size, were selected according to Morgan, (N= 92) non-random and stratified sampling method. The research method was descriptive - correlational, and methods of data collection in the field. To collect the data, we used two questionnaires, Robbins Organizational Culture, and TQM Federal Quality Institute to collect the data; we used two questionnaires, Organizational Culture Robbins, Federal Institute for Quality and Total Quality Management. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the scale of organizational culture 0.89, and for total quality management questions 0.87. Data analysis was conducted using both descriptive and inferential statistics, and the use of software SPSS16. P <0.01.Also the use of descriptive statistics and inferential statistical tests (Kolmogorov - Smirnov test, Pearson, linear regression). Results showed that all components of organizational culture was a significant correlation with TQM implementation in West clubs of Mazandaran province (P<0.01 & r = 0.69). Finally, the implementation of total quality management, forecasts, 47% of the organizational culture.
