간헐적 운동이 야간 교대근무자의 신체기능 수면의 질 및 우울증 척도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigation the effects of intermittent exercise on physical function, sleep quality and depressive in night shift workers. The subject of this study were 30 (exercise group 15, control group 15) night shift workers. The 10 weeks intermittent exercise intervention consisted of 10-min bouts (30 minutes of day), 3days of week. The results of this study showed that VO₂max/㎏ (p=.000), side steps (p=.000), push-up (p=.013) and grip strength (p=.039) are statistically significant group and time interaction. Therefore, these data demonstrated that intermittent exercise may be represent an effective intervention strategy for improving physical function, sleep quality and depression in night shift workers.
