An electronic apparatus with a programmable resistance element, and methods for blocking a device

2010
One or more embodiments relate to an electronic device having a circuit arrangement and a programmable resistance element. The programmable resistive element has a first and a second state, wherein the programmable resistor element is configured to the effect in response to a signal having at least a predefined level, to enable a shift from the second state to the first state. The circuit arrangement is to the effect configured to provide signals to the predefined level, wherein the circuit arrangement is to the effect configured to provide a switching signal to the programmable resistance element, wherein said switching signal causes switching from the first to the second state.
