Halogen-free and phosphate-free flam-retardant resin composition

The present invention relates to a halogen-free and phosphate-free flam-retardant resin composition. The resin composition consists of a composition and a solvent. The composition comprises, according to weight parts, the following components: halogen-free epoxy resin: 50-80 parts; nitrile resin: 10-30 parts; cyanate resin: 5-20 parts; a curing agent: 15-40 parts; and a filler: 10-100 parts. The composition is soluble in the solvent and the percentage of the weight of the composition to the total weight is 65-75wt%. The present invention archives the objective of improving flame retardancy, high temperature resistance and dielectric performance of resin by adding the nitrile resin to the halogen-free and phosphate-free flam-retardant resin composition; overcomes nitrile resin disadvantages of deficient tenacity and poor machinability by supplementing the halogen-free epoxy resin and cyanate resin, and improves water absorbency of the resin, so as to obtain the UL-V0 green and environmentally-friendly halogen-free and phosphate-free flam-retardant resin composition with excellent performance in tenacity, machinability and water absorbency.
