The invention relates to a municipal solid waste combined anaerobic fermentation production process, belonging to the technical field of garbage disposal. Municipal solid waste passes through a material homogenizing machine and is screened by a macroporous rotary screen, wherein inorganic products are artificially sorted from oversize products and are land-filled, organic matters from oversize products are crushed and mixed with raw materials with high calorific value uniformly to prepare RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) finished products; undersize products are artificially sorted to obtain inert materials and recyclable materials after bag breaking, then the residuals are screened by a mesoporous rotary screen, the undersize products are de-ironed and further screened by a relaxation screen and are land-filled, the oversize products pass through a bailing machine to remove inert materials and sand, then the remnant oversize products enter a crushing and slurrying system, particles, which are not prepared into slurry, are RDF raw materials, the prepared slurry enters a regulating tank and is additionally provided with organic matters, and then the mixture is fermented in a fermentation tank to produce marsh gas; biogas residue is subjected to dehydration, granulation and drying to obtain organic fertilizer; the oversize products screened by the mesoporous rotary screen are deironed and windowed by a winnowing machine, heavy materials are artificially sorted into organic bulks, recycled plastics, inert materials and RDF raw materials, light materials after windowing are artificially sorted into recycled plastics and RDF raw materials, and the recycled plastics are packed by a packer and recycled.
