Thermal dependency of Li+-ion conductivity in Li2O-Fe2O3-Al2O3 ceramics
2019
Abstract Within a phenomenon-based model of dynamic conductivity of superionic conductors, the contribution of Li+-ionic conductivity to forming the frequency dispersion of non-stoichiometric ceramics Li2O-Fe2O3-Al2O3 at various temperatures has been investigated. There have been determined the predominance of electronic type of conductivity at temperature rate of 295–450 К realised by percolation mechanism. With further temperature rising Li+-cationic conductivity is becoming predominant. With Al+3 ionic content rising in the patterns Li+-ionics conductivity is increasing, but their mobility is decreasing at all temperature rates within the investigation.
