Valoración nutricional de la "composición mineral de yogures" enteros aromatizados

1998
The copper, iron, zinc, manganese, calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium content were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry in flavoured plain yoghurt of three commercial brands. The variance analysis between flavours showed the existence of statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) in the content of zinc and calcium. The Tukey test (HSD) showed similar concentrations of these two elements for the all flavoured yoghurts, except between the extreme values, corresponding with apple and vanilla flavoured plain yoghurts for the zinc content and apple flavoured and natural sweet plain yoghurts for the calcium content. Percentages of mineral RDAs (Recommended Dietary Allowances) supplied by the consumption of one yoghurt (125 g) and the nutrient density values indicates that the flavoured plain yoghurt contributes substantially to the calcium, sodium y potassium intakes.
