Studies of BICUVOX.10 by conductivity measurements and differential thermal analysis

1993
Abstract Powders of BICUVOX.10 with different grain size distribution were prepared and characterized by measurements of their X-ray diffraction spectra, TGA and DTA curves. The density of sintered pellets was determined and the specific conductivity was obtained as a function of temperature by a four-probe technique. A different conductivity behavior of pellets with large grains and with small grains is observed during the heating cycle. It is related to a reordering process occurring between 450 and 500°C.
