High-filling controllable oxidative degradation packaging material and preparation method thereof

2011
The invention relates to a high-filling controllable oxidative degradation packaging material which is prepared by mixing and extruding the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of inorganic filler, 10-30 parts of polyolefin polymer, 0.01-0.2 part of optical functional assistant, 0.01-0.2 part of thermal functional assistant, 0.001-2 parts of degradation inducer, 0.05-5 parts of coupling agent and 0.01-5 parts of lubricant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the inorganic filler and coupling agent in a high-speed mixer to activate the inorganic filler, proportionally mixing with the polymer and other agents, and extruding with an extruder for granulation, thereby obtaining the packaging material. The packaging material can be degraded into carbon dioxide, water and inorganic minerals under the actions of oxygen and sunlight in a natural environment, thereby solving the problem of white pollution. The material has high inorganic filler content, greatly lowers the production cost, and can regulate the degradation rate of the packaging product by controlling the content of the oxidative degradation additive, thereby satisfying the requirements of different degradation rates for different occasions. The invention has the advantages of low production cost and simple preparation technique, and is economical and practical.
