The invention relates to crystal forms and amorphism of an oxazolidinone compound, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the crystal forms, or the amorphism, or a composition of the crystal forms and the amorphism of the oxazolidinone compound. The crystal forms, or the amorphism, or the pharmaceutical composition in the invention can be applied to preparation of a blood-coagulation factor Xa inhibitor and/or to treatment of thromboembolic diseases.
