Discussion on Implementing Schemes for Double Monitoring in Digital Substations

Aiming at configuration requirements on double monitoring in construction of digital substations,the paper analyzes problems brought by double monitoring configuration to automation system in substation and proposes two implementing schemes for redundant configuration of double monitoring devices in substation and one real-time seamless switching scheme that meets double monitoring configuration.The application of this scheme is Wenchongkou substation in Maoming shows that it can handle the contradiction between measuring point selection and remote operation.
