An automatic welding device comprises a frame (1) and a welding device (2) on the frame (1). The welding device (2) is provided with two electric welding machines (21), two welding torches (22), a conveying device (3), by which a welding bar is transported to the welding device (2), a testing device (4) for testing the position of the welding bar, which is going to be welded, a positioning device (5) to position the welding bar, which is going to be welded, in the welding position, and a control device (6), by which the devices and the work of the welding device (2) are controlled. The conveying device (3) is threaded through the front and back sides of the frame (1). The two welding torches (22) are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the conveying device (3). The automation of the welding process is realized by the automatic welding device of the utility model, so that not only the working efficiency is promoted and the cost is reduced, but also the welding quality is improved.
