JOSEPH CONRAD, in his Nostroms, wrote “The Air of the New World seems favourable to the art of declamation” . Judging by Mr. Milbank's book, the air of the New World, and particularly the air of New Jersey, has been very favourable to the art of reclamation of early American aeronautical history.
