The present invention provides a high temperature reactive thermal fluid oil extraction agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The high temperature reactive thermal fluid oil extraction agent includes an adjuvant A and a main agent B; wherein the adjuvant A comprises urea, sodium nitrite, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and sodium dodecyl sulfate in the mass ratio 6-8: 4-6: 4-6: 2-4; wherein the main agent B comprises dodecyl sulfonic acid, oxalic acid, ammonium chloride and diphenylbenzidine in the mass ratio of 7-9: 5-7: 1-3: 2-4. The present invention also provides the preparation method and application of the high temperature reactive thermal fluid oil extraction agent in thick oil mining. On the basis of thick oil emulsification viscosity reduction, a reservoir is heated by chemical reaction heat produced by chemical reaction after mixing of the adjuvant A and the main agent B, reservoir temperature is improved, then the thick oil viscosity is reduced, and the purpose of mining of formation thick oil by use of a chemical method under reservoir conditions can be achieved.
