A Study on Homogeneity of Perpetual Asphalt Concrete Pavement on Test Section of Guang-Wu Expressway

On the basis of digital image processing, a method for evaluating homogeneity of asphalt mixtures is introduced compendiously and homogeneity of the perpetual asphalt concrete pavement on the test section of Guany-Wu Expressway is studied quantitatively in this paper. The study results reveal that the homogeneity of SAC-20I of the test section is better comparatively; the homogeneity of SMA-13 is better than that of non-test sections.
