高校农村女生闲暇身体锻炼项目、时间带、强度与心理效益的关系

2007
475 female college students from countryside are investigated with ”Subjective Exercise Experience Scale (SEES)”, ”Self-esteem Scale(SES)” and a questionnaire on college students' PE in spare time in order to find 1). the characteristics of PE items, timebelt, intensity of these students, and 2). the relationship between the PE activities and psychological effects. The findings demonstrate that different PE items will riot directly affect the self-esteem(long-term psychological effects), but affect the subjective experience (short-term psychological effects). The different timebelt will not directly affect the psychological effects; and RPE is the factor that affects the psychological effects. Thus, to decide on proper sport activities in proper timebelt with regular RPE according to individual's conditions is the best choice.
