Особенности структурно-фазового состояния Pd-Ag наночастиц, нанесенных на силикагель

In this paper we synthesized and investigated monoand bimetallic Pd-Ag nanoparticles supported on silica. The parameters of the crystal structure of supported Pd-Ag nanoparticles were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was found that the addition of silver results in a distortion of the crystal lattice of palladium, which may indicate the interaction between the phases of silver and palladium on the support surface. Furthermore, the elemental composition of the formed metal particles was analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
