Mechanism Analysis of Chloride Ion Penetration Resistance of Marine Concrete and its Durability Life Prediction

Based on the project of Xiangshangang Sea-Crossing Bridge,the chloride diffusion coefficient in marine concrete with different water-binder ratio and dosage of fly ash and slag is tested by RCM me-thod.The influence of fly ash and slag contents on the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete is analyzed with differential thermal analysis and SEM.Furthermore,depending on the test results,anti-chlorine ion erosion durable life of marine concrete structures is predicted according to the second Fick's law.The results show that,anti-chlorine ion permeability of concrete can be improved effectively by reducing water-binder ratio,mixing fly ash and slag to make the design service life of concrete anti-chloride ion erosion longer ultimately.
