Investigation on the Satisfaction of Nursing Service among Different Inpatients

Objective To understand the satisfaction of nursing service among different inpatients population to provide reference for formulated countermeasures. Method From 21 to 26 October 2011,inpatients from a hospital were investigated using self-designed nursing care satisfaction survey. Result There was statistically significant difference on satisfaction of nursing service among different ages,education levels,occupations,family monthly income,medical expenses burden,number of hospitalizations and escort modes. Conclusion Socio-demographic characteristics of inpatients had influence on the satisfaction of nursing care.Hospitals should carry out personalized nursing care according to the expectations and needs of different inpatients,perform truly nursing according to person,nursing according to requirement,and perform truly satisfaction of patient,satisfaction of society,and satisfaction of the Government.
