Against corrosion film stripper composition

The present invention relates to a method for removing a resist film or the display layout of the electronic circuit element (pattern) used in the process, and the resist film can be suppressed (a resist) corrosion of metal wiring of the release agent composition, the resist stripper composition preferably comprises: a) 1 to 20wt% of the diamine compound (diamine compound); and b) the balance of the glycol ether compound (glycol ether compound). The present invention may further comprise a polar solvent. Resist stripper composition of the present invention, during the process step of removing the photoresist film, will not corrode the metal wirings, and having an excellent release effect.
