Low-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator

2011
The invention discloses a low-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator, which comprises a stator and a rotor. An external rotor design is adopted. The stator comprises a stator support body, a stator core and a stator winding, and is fixed on a base through the stator support body. Uniformly distributed grooves are circumferentially reserved on the outer circle of the stator core. The stator winding is embedded into the grooves, and is distributed according to a three-phase rule. The rotor comprises a rotor bracket, a rotor yoke, a rotating shaft and a plurality of permanent magnet poles, wherein the rotating shaft is assembled on the rotor bracket; the rotor yoke is sleeved outside the rotor bracket; and the permanent magnet yokes are uniformly distributed around the inner surface of the rotor yoke. The stator also comprises an amorphous alloy thin barrel arranged on the outer circle of the stator. The rotor also comprises an annular nonmagnetic sleeve ring arranged on the inner lateral surfaces of the permanent magnets. An air gap of a motor is formed between the amorphous alloy thin barrel on the outer circle of the stator and the nonmagnetic sleeve ring of the rotor, and is exposed in air, and the surfaces of the stator and the rotor are cooled by utilizing airflow.
