Detection of a cerebrospinal fluid pseudocyst on delayed imaging.

Ventriculoperitoneal shunt obstruction due to a loculated abdominal cerebrospinal fluid collection is an uncommon but well-recognized complication. This report illustrates the value of delayed imaging in identifying a cerebrospinal fluid pseudocyst as the cause of shunt dysfunction.
