Based on textual analysis of the novel, the literary-critical essays and biographical notes for the first time in the artistic heritage of the writer identifies “Voronezh realities” and their significance in the aspect of “friendly society”, which is realized by I.A. Bunin and geographically (gradually), and how cultural “soil” that has made the type of the Russian writer.
