Provided is a head-anchoring brain activity measurement device such that a head is anchored at a given position, measurement preparation time is reduced, and stable measurement of brain activity is achieved. The head-anchoring brain activity measurement device comprises: a brain activity measurement unit which measures brain activity of a subject; a head-anchoring part which is coupled to the brain activity measurement unit and which anchors the head of the subject; a body retaining part which supports the body of the subject; and a coupling part which couples the brain activity measurement unit and the body retaining unit.
