Right ventricular aneurysm: Clinical and laboratory features

A 45-year-old woman presented with dyspnea on exertion, two episodes of ventricular tachycardia, a prominent left parasternal impulse, and an unusual cardiac silhouette on chest roentgenogram. Echocardiography and cardiac catheterization demonstrated the presence of a large right ventricular aneurysm. The clinical and laboratory features of the right ventricular aneurysm are discussed.
