Effect study of acupressure on preventing uroschesis after mixed hemorrhoid surgery in different periods of time

2018
Objective To compare the effect of acupressure on preventing uroschesis after mixed hemorrhoid surgery in different periods of time, explore the reasonable frequency and time of acupressure applied to mixed hemorrhoid surgery, choose the effective and reasonable massage period for mixed hemorrhoid surgery so as to provide clinical reference. Methods A total of 90 mixed hermorrhoid resection margin patients under partial nerve plexus block anesthesia received in proctology department of this hospital from November 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study objects and were divided into experimental group 1, experimental group 2 and experimental group 3, 30 cases of each group. For the three groups based on usual care, acupressure was conducted to experimental group 1 30 minutes before surgery, acupressure was conducted to experimental group 2 immediately, and acupressure was conducted to group 3 30 minutes before surgery and immediately. The indexes of the first average urination time, urination condition and lower abdomen symptoms were observed to three groups after treatment. Results Compared with the average urination time and urination condition of the three groups, the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Compared with the lower abdomen symptoms of three groups, the effect of group 3 was obviously superior to group 1 and group 2. The difference had statistical significance(P 0.05). BMI was positively correlated with urination time (P<0.05). Conclusion ①The average urination time of 3 groups after surgery by length is experimental group 3, experimental group 2 and experimental group 1. ② The increase of acupressure frequency can obviously improve the symptoms of lower abdomen. ③ When BMI value of patients is higher, the average urination time will be longer.
