Формування соціально-економічного потенціалу сільського господарства в умовах активізації ролі сільських жінок

The article is devoted to the theoretical and practical problem of integration of rural women to the process of forming of agriculture’s social and economic potential. It is established, that despite increasing of women’s economic activity and education on rural areas, agriculture uses more men's labor force. It is proved, that gender inequality in agriculture causes technological backwardness of women and affects on the efficiency of production and state of environment slows down the dynamics of rural development.
