Medium composition for cell culture and culture method

The present invention relates to a medium composition for cell culture and a cell culture method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a medium composition for cell culture comprising a daurinol compound and a cell culture method using the same. When culturing an undifferentiated T cell, compared to a conventional cell culture medium, the medium composition for cell culture to which daurinol is added according to the invention promotes the differentiation of the undifferentiated T cell into a regulatory T cell (Treg) and the activity thereof; is suitable for use as a cell culture medium for treating immune diseases since the composition is largely effective in inhibiting the differentiation into Th17 cell and the activity thereof; and is effective in allowing the cell to maintain activity for a long time for treating immune diseases.
