EUROPEAN LABORATORY FOR PARTICLE PHYSICS (CERN)

As of March 1996, the measurements of and were in serious discrepancy with the Standard Model expectations. The programme committee of Moriond QCD organized an extensive discussion session on the subject. The experimental facts were described critically by specialists of these measurements, and possible interpretations by new physics were presented.
