Intelligent electric energy meter and public utility meter reading system

The invention discloses an intelligent electric energy meter, which comprises a signal acquisition unit, a signal processing unit, a communicator and a control unit, wherein the signal acquisition unit is used for accessing a power line of a power grid; the signal processing unit is used for receiving, calculating and processing a digital signal value of the signal acquisition unit; the communicator is used for receiving a communication request or transmitting data; the control unit is used for controlling the external data information acquisition and the data transmission of the intelligent electric energy meter, and is connected with the signal processing unit and the communicator. The invention further discloses a public utility meter reading system, which comprises a terminal system, the intelligent electric energy meter, and a water meter, a gas meter and a heat meter, which are in communication connection through an M-BUS, wherein the intelligent electric energy meter communicates with the terminal system through a wireless network. According to the intelligent electric energy meter and the public utility meter reading system, the use of electrical information data acquisition equipment and data concentrator equipment is avoided, different public utility meters are connected to the M-BUS for control and management, and the advantages of lower power consumption, stable communication, simple structure and low cost are achieved.
