Hamburger type magnetic loop system and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention discloses a hamburger type magnetic loop system which comprises: at least one magnetic protective sleeve, at least one magnetic body, at least one magnetic conductor and a connecting body, wherein the magnetic body is positioned between the magnetic protective sleeve and the magnetic conductor; the magnetic protective sleeve, the magnetic body and the magnetic conductor form a magnetic field loop; and the connecting body is connected with the magnetic protective sleeve and the magnetic conductor so that the magnetic protective sleeve maintains a predetermined distance from the magnetic conductor. The hamburger type magnetic loop system is integrally formed by an injection molding process, and has the advantages of simple process and low cost.
