The Köbner phenomenon in Duhring dermatitis herpetiformis

: We report on four female patients with confirmed dermatitis herpetiformis DH and Kobner phenomenon in identical localizations. All four had typical bilateral lesions in a band-like arrangement along the straps of their brassieres, and two patients also had additional lesions in other sites prone to pressure. Obviously, the Kobner phenomenon is not as rare in DH as would be expected in view of a single previous case report.
