Weld Seam and Structural Design of 100m~3 Medium Voltage 12CrMo Storage Tank

The weld ability of 12CrMo is analyzed,the main weld of 100 m3 medium voltage 12CrMo tank of welding process and the structural was designed. The welding process about butt joint of the thick wall longitudinal weld,girth weld and dissimilar metal fillet joint were provided in this paper. The difficulty of dissimilar metal welding was analyzed. That may be useful for practitioners.
