Vacuum ultraviolet light tube illumination device

The invention provides a vacuum ultraviolet light tube illumination device which comprises a vacuum ultraviolet light source for supplying ultraviolet light, a planar mirror arranged on an emergent optical path of the ultraviolet light and used for reflecting the ultraviolet light to form reflected ultraviolet light, and an off-axis parabolic mirror arranged on an emergent optical path of the reflected ultraviolet light and used for collimating the reflected ultraviolet light and outputting the collimated ultraviolet light. The vacuum ultraviolet tube illumination device adopts a fully reflecting manner to realize light tube illumination; the structure is simple; the cost of a light pipe illumination system is reduced effectively; and the accuracy of assembly is guaranteed.
