The invention relates to a wireless capsule OCT (optical coherence tomography) endoscope system for gastrointestinal tract diagnosis and treatment. The wireless capsule OCT endoscope system comprises an intelligent capsule, a wearable device and a displayer, wherein the wearable device comprises a transmitting circuit, a transmitting coil and a data processor. The intelligent capsule comprises a capsule casing, an OCT imaging probe, an optical fiber coupler, a light source module, a photoelectric detector, an A/D (analog/digital) converter, a data transmitter, a receiving circuit and a receiving coil, wherein the capsule casing comprises a head, a neck, a body and a tail, the OCT imaging probe comprises a lens assembly, an MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical system) micromirror, a reflecting mirror and a probe window, and one beam of light of a shunt of the optical fiber coupler is reflected by the MEMS micromirror through the lens assembly and then irradiates via the probe window while another beam of light of the shunt of the optical fiber coupler is transmitted to the reflecting mirror. The wireless capsule OCT endoscope system for gastrointestinal tract diagnosis and treatment has the advantages that by the aid of the endoscope system, non-invasive detection of in-vivo tissues of humans can be achieved; the endoscope system with micron-grade high resolution is capable of imaging in real time, and omni-directional scanning can be achieved according to a swing design of the head of the capsule casing.
